Are you considering refurbishing your upholstered furniture?

Photos do not need to be sent in very high resolution – an e-mail with a large attachment might not be delivered to us.

We will respond as soon as possible, we will indicate the approximate price and the approximate date of possible implementation

Have you received our preliminary offer and are you interested in implementation?

In the reply, we will confirm that we are registering your request

3.
You have an order with us – what’s next?

We will keep your request on file until we can implement it (preliminary date is indicative)

We will suggest a possible implementation date in advance via a contact e-mail

You bring your upholstered furniture to us on the agreed date, we discuss all the details of the order and choose the upholstery material (a wide selection of fabrics, leatherettes and leathers are available in stock and according to the sample books of a number of renowned suppliers, the offer is constantly updated)

After specifying all the details, you pay a deposit (up to 30% of the preliminary price, in cash or by bank transfer) and we start working on your order

We will inform you about the completion of the order

General information

  • Repairs, modifications and production are carried out only in our workshop in Šardice
  • We only accept complete pieces of upholstered furniture for repairs and alterations. And even if it is, for example, o removable upholstered part and wooden body. We will be pleased with the furniture, as far as possible free of dirt.
  • We do not provide transport of furniture
  • We issue tax documents and invoices with your company data based on your written order. We are not VAT payers.

Communication via generally available e-mails allows us to clearly record questions (even with attachments) and return to them if necessary. It is not within our time possibilities to record questions and answers on all current communication platforms
